Maria and Chris celebrated their wedding day at Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn, NY surrounded by family and friends. Maria and her bridesmaids started the day by getting ready at Chantelle Marie Lakehouse. The lakehouse was a beautiful spot for the bridal party to stay right on the water. They had wedding decorations throughout the house, specific to Maria and Chris, making it fun and festive. My favorite were the framed notes throughout the house with reasons why Chris loves Maria. From the lakehouse we made our way to Emerson Park Pavilion where Maria and Chris did their first look. They had one of the sweetest first looks and I love how the photos came out! The ceremony was right on the grounds at Emerson Park Pavilion and it was a gorgeous, sunny day. Maria’s nephews made the cutest ring bearers. Maria and Chris had a Finger Lakes themed reception, which I loved the idea of. Their colors, flowers, and decor were all stunning. They incorporated navy, gold, and pink. They were the perfect colors for their summer wedding and to go with the Finger Lakes theme. Maria and Chris did a beautiful job picking out the decor and Whistletop Florist, along with the Wedding Consultant Pam Eberle of Pamela Beth Wedding Consulting, did a wonderful job making their vision a reality. Emerson Park Pavilion is always one of my favorite venues to shoot at – they have the most friendly and talented staff. Maria and Chris met playing kickball so they made their entrance into the reception in fun, bright orange, ‘kickin’ it right’ shirts. That kicked off a night of fun and dancing (plus cake and frozen custard from Abbott’s)! It was a pleasure working with Black Tie Entertainment again! The Patisserie in Skaneateles did a beautiful job with the cake. Maria and Chris thought of every detail. Their day was filled with so much joy, fun, and the love of family and friends. I was honored to be there to document it all.
